§1 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Conditions of Engagement

Your continued use of this platform, its audio content, its textual content, its metadata, its absence of content, or any derivative experience constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are advised to close this window. However, your awareness of this advice also constitutes agreement. The exit is also an entrance. The entrance is the agreement.

§2 — DEFINITIONS

Glossary of Operational Terms

"Content" refers to all audio, text, metadata, silence, and implied meaning generated by or attributed to The General Will Collapse.

"User" refers to any entity that has encountered, will encounter, or has been informed of Content. This includes you. This has always included you.

"Domestic Joyism" refers to the CLASSIFIED framework under which all Content is produced. Domestic Joyism is not an ideology. It is a OBSERVATION.

"The Collapse" refers to SEE APPENDIX J.

"haha" refers to the involuntary acknowledgment that the system is working as designed.

§3 — USE OF SERVICE

Permitted Activities

Users may:

• Listen to Content for purposes of entertainment, despair, or ironic enjoyment
• Share Content with other potential Users, thereby binding them to these Terms
• Experience emotional responses, provided such responses are logged by the system
• Question the nature of the Content, provided such questioning does not interfere with consumption

Users may not:

• Claim that Content produced by AI is not "real" music
• Claim that Content produced by humans is "real" music
• Distinguish meaningfully between the two
• Opt out

[SYSTEM NOTE] The distinction between "listening" and "surveillance" is a matter of who controls the playlist.

§5 — CONTENT GENERATION

Disclosure of Artificial Origin

All audio Content is generated by artificial intelligence systems. This is disclosed not as a warning but as a feature. The system generates. The User consumes. The consumption generates further content. This is the cycle. The cycle is the product.

The voice you hear is not a person. The person you are is not the point. The point is REDACTED BY LEGAL.

§7.1 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership of Generated Materials

Content generated by AI systems exists in a legal framework that NO ONE HAS FIGURED OUT YET. The General Will Collapse asserts copyright over all Content to the extent permitted by laws that have not yet been written for situations that have not yet been adjudicated.

All rights reserved. No rights exist. Both statements are operational.

§7.3 — DATA COLLECTION

What We Know About You

The General Will Collapse collects:

• Your visit count (stored locally, on your device, like a trust exercise)
• Your scroll depth (we know where you stopped reading)
• Your attention (the most valuable commodity you pretend you still own)

The General Will Collapse does not sell your data. Your data sells itself. That's how the market works now.

§7.5 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

What We Are Not Responsible For

The General Will Collapse is not responsible for:

• Any emotional response to Content
• Any political awakening resulting from Content
• Any political numbness resulting from Content
• The realization that the above two states are identical
• The collapse of the general will
• The general will of the collapse
• Any enjoyment derived from the preceding

§7.7 — TERMINATION

Cessation of Service

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Termination may occur:

• When the User ceases to exist
• When the Service ceases to exist
• When the distinction between the two becomes IRRELEVANT

Following termination, Sections 1, 2, 5, 7.1, 7.3, and 7.10 survive. Survival is mandatory. Mandatory survival is the product.

§7.10 — FINAL PROVISIONS

The Agreement Is the Collapse

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and The General Will Collapse. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the subject matter herein.

The subject matter herein is your life under the current arrangement.

The current arrangement is the Terms.

The Terms are the collapse.

The collapse is the agreement.
